Who am I?
I am a senior leader at a leading London independent school with responsibility for the day-to-day running of the school. Prior to this change in focus I had responsibility for pastoral care and safeguarding. I have also led the pastoral care at a leading Scottish independent school and before that was a Head of Guidance, Head of Careers and Head of House at a small rural independent school near Glasgow.
